Files You Upload:
Files uploaded for analysis (log files, CSVs, etc.) are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing. We do not permanently store your uploaded files or their contents.
3. Google Search Console Data
When you connect your Google Search Console account to AuditLabs, we access the following data:
Scope Requested:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly— Read-only access to your Search Console properties and data
Data We Access:
- List of verified Search Console properties
- Search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, position)
- Sitemap information
- URL inspection data
How We Use This Data:
- To provide SEO analysis tools (GSC Audit Tool, GSC Cleaner, etc.)
- To display your Search Console data within our tools
- To generate reports and insights based on your data
Data Storage and Deletion:
- Google Search Console data is fetched in real-time and processed on our servers
- We do not permanently store your Search Console data
- Session data is cleared when you log out or your session expires
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your profile settings
Revoking Access:
You can revoke AuditLabs' access to your Google Search Console data at any time by:
- Clicking "Disconnect" in any GSC tool within AuditLabs
- Visiting Google Account Permissions and removing AuditLabs
Google API Services User Data Policy:
AuditLabs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To process your payments (via Stripe)
- To send you important service updates
- To respond to your support requests
- To improve our Service based on usage patterns
5. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Resend: For transactional emails
- Railway: Our hosting provider
- Google: For OAuth authentication (Search Console tools only)
We do not sell your personal information or your Search Console data to third parties.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Google OAuth tokens are stored only while your account is connected. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
