What This Tool Does:

GSC Cleaner is a comprehensive tool that:

  • Cleans GSC Data: Removes duplicates, normalizes URLs, calculates missing CTR values, and standardizes column names
  • Analyzes Performance: Provides high-level metrics including total clicks, impressions, average CTR, and average position
  • Identifies Quick Wins: Automatically detects optimization opportunities with high potential ROI
  • Exports Clean Data: Download cleaned CSV files ready for further analysis or reporting

How to Use:

  1. Export from GSC: Go to Google Search Console โ†’ Performance โ†’ Export โ†’ Download CSV
  2. Upload CSV: Drag and drop your GSC export into the upload zone
  3. Select Opportunities: Choose which types of quick wins to detect (Low CTR, Near Page One, etc.)
  4. Process: Click "Clean & Analyze" to process your data
  5. Review Results: Examine the stats dashboard and opportunity tables
  6. Download Reports: Export cleaned data or specific opportunity reports

Best Practices:

  • Export Full Date Range: Use at least 3-6 months of data for meaningful insights
