1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuditLabs ("the Service"), operated at auditlabs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuditLabs provides web-based SEO analysis tools including log file analyzers, keyword research tools, technical SEO utilities, and Google Search Console integrations. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Files you upload are processed temporarily and not stored permanently unless explicitly stated. You retain ownership of your data.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Antonio Maculus. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. Your data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
